個人情報保護方針/Privacy Policy
当社は、「多様な価値観と共存できる世界をつくる」を企業理念として、当社が取り扱う全ての個人情報の保護について、社会的使命を十分に認識し、本人の権利の保護、個人情報に関する法規制等を遵守致します。 また、以下に示す方針を具現化するための個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを構築し、最新のＩＴ技術の動向、社会的要請の変化、経営環境の変動等を常に認識しながら、その継続的改善に、全社を挙げて取り組むことをここに宣言致します。
Under the corporate philosophy of “spreading the spirit of harmony to the world and creating a new today,” we thoroughly recognize our social mission and comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of the rights of individuals and personal information with respect to the protection of all the personal information we handle. Furthermore, we hereby declare to establish a personal information protection management system to embody the policies described below and make company-wide efforts to continuously improve the system while always being fully aware of the latest trends in information technology, changes in social demands, and changes in the business environment.
1.当社は外国人特化の人材紹介、及びメディア事業並びに不動産事業等に関する事業、並びに従業者の雇用、人事管理等において取扱う個人情報について、適切な取得・利用及び提供をし、特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱いを行ないません。また、そのための措置を講じます。
1.We shall appropriately obtain, use, and provide personal information that is handled in the businesses of recruitment specializing in foreign nationals, media business, real estate business, as well as employment and personnel management of employees, shall not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of usage, and shall take measures required for this purpose.
2.当社は個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守致します。

3.当社は個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損などのリスクに対しては、合理的な安全対策を講じて防止すべく、事業の実情に合致した経営資源を注入し、個人情報のセキュリティ体制を継続的に向上させていきます。また、万一の際には速やかに是正措置を講じます。

In order to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, and damage of personal information, we shall take reasonable safety measures, inject management resources that match the actual situation of our business, and continuously improve the security system for personal information. In addition, we shall promptly take corrective measures if such situation arises.
4.当社は個人情報取扱いに関する苦情及び相談に対しては、迅速かつ誠実に対応致します。

5.個人情報保護マネジメントシステムは、当社を取り巻く環境の変化と実情を踏まえ、適時・適切に見直して継続的に改善をはかります。

本方針は、全ての従業者に配付して周知させるとともに、当社のホームページ、パンフレット等に掲載することにより、いつでもどなたにも入手可能な措置を取るものとします。
This policy shall be distributed to all employees to make it thoroughly known and shall be made available to anyone at any time by posting it on the company’s website, pamphlets, and others.

（１）ご本人より直接書面等（ホームページや電子メール等によるものを含む。以下「書面」という）に記載された個人情報を取得する場合の利用目的。及び開示対象個人情報の利用目的
お客様情報 人材紹介及び不動産事業におけるクライアント企業への書類提出、職業紹介等の案内DM、英語教育サービスの運営、英語教育サービスに関わるDM配信
株主情報 情報公開、配布物の送付、連絡のため
取引先情報 商談及び業務上の諸連絡、受発注業務、請求支払業務のため
従業者情報 従業者の人事労務管理、業務管理、健康管理、セキュリティ管理のため
採用応募者情報 採用業務のため
お問合せ者情報 お問合せにお答えするため
（１）Purposes of use when obtaining personal information described in writing documents, and etc. (including via homepage, e-mail, and etc.; hereinafter referred to as “written documents”) directly from the person concerned as well as purposes of use of personal information subject to disclosure.
Customer Information: Submission of documents to client companies in the recruitment and real estate businesses. DM for job placement and other information, operation of English education services, and distribution of DM related to English education services.
Shareholder Information: For information disclosure, delivery of distributed materials, and communication.
Business Partner Information: For business negotiations, business communication, order placement and receipt, and billing and payment operations.
Employee Information: For personnel and labor management, work management, health management, and security management of employees.
Job Applicant Information: For recruitment business.
Inquirer Information: For answering inquiries.
（２）ご本人より直接書面以外の方法で個人情報を取得する際の利用目的
お客様情報 人材紹介及び不動産事業におけるクライアント企業への書類提出、職業紹介等の案内DM、英語教育サービスの運営、英語教育サービスに関わるDM配信
協力会社要員情報 委託先の協力会社要員情報を取得するため、スキル確認のため
採用応募者情報 ハローワークやリクナビ・マイナビ等就職斡旋サイトや人材紹介会社からの採用応募者は採用業務のため
（２）Purposes of use when obtaining personal information directly from the person concerned by means other than written documents.
Customer Information: Submission of documents to client companies in the recruitment and real estate businesses. DM for job placement and other information, operation of English education services, and distribution of DM related to English education services.
Subcontractors’ Personnel Information: For acquisition of information on the personnel of subcontractors and confirmation of their skills.
Job Applicant Information: For recruitment business for applicants through Hello Work and job placement websites, such as Rikunabi and Mynavi, and staffing agencies.
４．個人情報の第三者提供

（第三者提供がある場合の例）
（当社では取得した個人情報を、業務目的の達成に必要な範囲において、以下の要領で第三者に提供する場合がございます。
(１)第三者に提供する目的
職業紹介、不動産物件紹介、サービスに関する案内 等
(２)提供する個人情報の項目
氏名、住所、電話番号、Ｅメールアドレス、顔写真、経歴、会員番号 等
(３)提供の手段又は方法
記憶媒体にパスワードをかけて保存した上で、電子メール、及び郵送により送付します。
(４)提供を受ける者の組織の種類、属性
提携企業、郵便物配送会社 等
(５)個人情報の取扱いに関する契約
機密保持契約によって提供先が適切に個人情報保護を行なうよう義務付けています。
We may provide personal information that we have acquired to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve our business purposes in the following ways.
(１)Purposes of providing information to third parties
Job placement, real estate property introduction, and guidance on services, etc.
(２)Items of personal information provided
Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, facial photo, personal history, membership number, etc.
(３)Means or methods of provision
After the information is saved in a password-protected storage medium, it will be sent by e-mail or postal mail.
(４)Type and attribute of organization of a person receiving the information
Partner companies, mail delivery companies, etc.
(５)Contracts on the handling of personal information
Under a confidentiality agreement, any person receiving personal information is obligated to protect it appropriately.

当社は、次に掲げる場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供することはございません。
(１)ご本人様の同意がある場合
(２)法令に基づく場合
(３)人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人様の同意を得ることが困難な場合
(４)公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人様の同意を得ることが困難な場合
(５)国の機関もしくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人様の同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
(６)業務を円滑に遂行するため、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合
(Cases where there are no provisions to third party)
We do not provide our customers’ personal information to any third party, except in the following cases.
(１)Cases in which the person concerned has given consent.
(２)Cases based on laws and regulations.
(３)Cases in which there is a need to protect the human life, body, or fortune, and
when it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned.
(４)Cases in which there is a special need to enhance public hygiene or promote
fostering healthy children, and when it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned.
(５)Cases in which there is a need to cooperate in regard to a central government
organization or a local government, or a person entrusted by them performing
affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and when there is a possibility that
obtaining the consent of the person concerned would interfere with the performance of the said affairs.
(６)Cases in which all or part of the handling of personal information is outsourced within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use to carry out businesses smoothly.
５．個人情報取扱いの委託
５．Outsourcing of handling of personal information
当社は事業運営上、お客様により良いサービスを提供するために業務の一部を外部に委託しています。業務委託先に対しては、個人情報を預けることがあります。この場合、個人情報を適切に取り扱っていると認められる委託先を選定し、契約等において個人情報の適正管理・機密保持などによりお客様の個人情報の漏洩防止に必要な事項を取決め、適切な管理を実施させます。
From the standpoint of business management, we outsource a part of our business operations to outside parties in order to provide better services to our customers. Personal information may be entrusted to outsourcing contractors. In this case, we select an outsourcing contractor deemed to be handling personal information appropriately and have the outsourcing contractor implement appropriate management by stipulating in the contract or other agreement the matters necessary to prevent leakage of the customers’ personal information through proper management of personal information and maintenance of confidentiality.
６．個人情報の開示等の請求

お客様は、当社に対してご自身の個人情報の開示等（利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止または消去、第三者への提供の停止、並びに安全管理のために講じた措置についての情報提供）に関して、当社「個人情報に関するお問合わせ窓口」に申し出ることができます。その際、当社はお客様ご本人を確認させていただいたうえで、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。開示等の申し出の詳細につきましては、下記の「個人情報に関する苦情・相談窓口」までお問い合わせください。
Customers may contact our “Personal Information Inquiry Desk” with regard to the disclosure of their own personal information and others (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion of contents, suspension or deletion of use, suspension of provision to third parties, and provision of information on measures taken for safety management). In such cases, we will respond to the request within a reasonable period of time after confirming the identity of the customer. For more information on requests for disclosure, and etc., please contact the “Personal Information Complaints and Consultation Desk” below.
７．個人情報を提供されることの任意性について
７．Voluntariness of providing personal information
お客様が当社に個人情報を提供されるかどうかは、お客様の任意によるものです。 ただし、必要な項目をいただけない場合、各サービス等が適切な状態で提供できない場合があります。
It is at the discretion of the customer whether or not to provide his or her personal information to us. However, if the necessary information is not provided, we may not be able to provide each service, etc. in an appropriate manner.

クッキー（Cookies）は、お客さまが当社のサイトに再度訪問された際、より便利に当サイトを閲覧していただくためのものであり、お客さまのプライバシーを侵害するものではなく、またお客さまのコンピューターへ悪影響を及ぼすことはありません。 また当社のサイトでは個人情報を入力していただく部分にはすべてSSL（Secure Sockets Layer）のデータ暗号化システムを利用しております。さらに、サイト内における情報の保護にもフｱイアウｵールを設置するなどの方策を採っております。ただし、インターネット通信の性格上、セキュリティを完全に保証するものではありません。あらかじめご了承ください。
